As Director of Gundilya Pty Ltd, Peter brings a wealth of industry knowledge, cultural understanding, and a strong commitment to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through sustainable employment pathways.
After a decorated AFL career with Port Adelaide – including being part of the club’s historic 2004 AFL premiership – Peter transitioned into workforce development and Indigenous business.
Over the past decade, he has worked with leading contractors and tier-one companies to create culturally safe employment opportunities and build pipelines for Aboriginal talent within infrastructure, resources, and construction industries.
Peter is widely regarded for his ability to bridge the gap between industry needs and community aspirations, delivering results through trusted relationships, cultural intelligence, and strategic partnerships. His work has contributed to major recruitment outcomes and training initiatives across South Australia and beyond.
Emmah brings years over 18 of experience in HR, recruitment, and workforce management, underpinned by a genuine passion for people and a deep commitment to making a real difference.
Emmah’s expertise lies in building practical HR frameworks and recruitment strategies that balance compliance with genuine cultural and organisational needs. She is known for her down-to-earth approach, strategic insight, and ability to simplify complex workforce challenges.
